Peter Paltoglou
Most recently, Peter has direct executive experience as CFO of ASX-Listed Mayne Pharma, after a lengthy tenure developing and implementing the company’s global corporate strategy and M&A program. Across this timeframe he completed over $2bn in transactions encompassing various M&A activities, licensing partnerships, product acquisitions and divestitures with an array of strategic partners across the pharma value chain.
Previously, Peter was leader of Credit Suisse’s mid-market banking practice (CSEC) and has over 15 years of transaction experience covering various industry sectors. A significant aspect of his practice was working closely with owner operators and founders towards critical strategic and corporate objectives often involving significant value realisation events.
