Alan Elliott
Alan is a highly experienced transaction support advisor. As a partner within PwC’s Private Clients business for 12 years, he successfully founded and built a mid-market advisory practice, providing due diligence, vendor transaction support, broad-based business strategy, growth and value creation advice.
Alan offers a unique approach and relationship-driven advisory style, successfully combining technical expertise with leadership and empathy to support owners and private enterprises.
Alan’s achievements have included developing a ‘sale ready’ methodology designed to assist owners and their businesses in planning and preparing for liquidity transactions, either in the immediate lead-up to the sale or capital raise, as well as earlier in the ownership cycle.
During his career with PwC, Alan also led programs designed to support the strategic growth and performance improvement of small private businesses, including early-stage technology companies and Indigenous-owned enterprises in Victoria.
Alan’s approach offers both external advisory and a willingness to embed himself within a business, providing support with a greater level of agility, flexibility, and entrepreneurialism.
