Fraser Macvean
Fraser has spent his whole career as an adviser to business owners on life-changing or business transformational transactions. Prior to co-founding Tooronga in 2021, he was most recently a Special Adviser to PwC’s Private Clients team, after senior roles at various other private M&A advisory businesses.
Fraser specialises in identifying, managing and advising on divestment, acquisitions and capital raising assignments, and has worked with entrepreneurs and private business owners across a vast array of transactions and industries.
